Bill
Troncone is a founding partner of CBK. Bill personally heads up the creative team, managing and directing
all campaigns, including interactive, web development, direct response,
TV, radio and print.
Bill has years of experience from NYC agencies such as Greengage
Associates, a New York creative boutique, Ogilvy & Mather & Romman & Tannenholtz.
Prior to forming The CBK Group, he was VP Creative Director at Keyes Martin
Advertising in New Jersey.
He has worked closely with a great roster of clients, including The United
States Virgin Islands, Sun Line Cruises, Lily of France, Christian Dior,
Trans World Airline, American Re-Insurance, Regent International Hotels,
Caesars Atlantic City, Federated Merchandising Group (Department Stores),
Weight Watchers of North Jersey, Trinitas Hospital, Linnea, Siemens Medical
Systems, Dr. Scholl's (Schering Plough), U.S. English, OceanFirst

Carol Romeo, Partner / Public Relations
Carol Romeo, a founding partner of CBK, leads the Public Relations team at CBK. A true marketing communications expert, Carol has the ability to develop highly successful marketing programs for her clients that draw upon her keen understanding of public relations, advertising and sales support.
In the public relations arena, Carol's expertise lies in shaping a public relations program to become an integral part of the total marketing effort. For nearly 25 years, she has specialized in brand-building PR, media relations, new product introductions, special events, cause-related marketing and sports marketing for many high-profile clients.
Throughout her career, Carol has managed more than 200 successful public relations campaigns for prominent companies like M&M/MARS, Federated Merchandising Group (Department Stores), Fruit of the Loom, Johnson & Johnson, Procter & Gamble, CPC International, The Stroh Brewery, Schenley Industries, Atlantic Mutual Companies, Munich-American Risk Partners, Thomas J. Lipton Company, The General Mills Food Group and Kenner Toys.
When asked to identify her most rewarding PR experience, Carol remembers her role in spearheading the publicity effort for the famous "M&M¨ Chocolate Candies Color Campaign that won the prestigious Silver Anvil Award, Brammy Award and Big Apple Awards, among its many accolades. Carol was named one of the "40 Under 40" most successful business leaders in New Jersey by Business News New Jersey and honored by NJ Tech News for tech marketing excellence.
Carol spent more than 15 years of her career in New York City as Vice President at Grey Advertising's PR subsidiary, GCI Group, Inc.; and VP/Director of Public Relations at Warner, Bicking, Morris & Partners. Prior to forming The CBK Group, Carol established the PR division of Keyes Martin Advertising in East Hanover, NJ and served as Group President. |
